Walk to Dillon Beach in about 6 minutes, spread out across three King bedrooms, challenge the crew to pool, ping pong, or shuffleboard, then gather on the wraparound deck as the sun drops over the Pacific. A private hot tub makes the perfect finish to a day on the coast.

The bright living room brings the ocean views inside, with comfortable seating, a new sofa sleeper, DirecTV, and an electric fireplace.

Sliding doors open directly onto the wraparound deck, creating an easy connection between indoor gathering space and the panoramic coastal setting.

The modern kitchen features granite countertops and breakfast-bar seating for casual meals and conversation.

Gather around the dining area for meals together, or fire up the gas BBQ and take dinner outside with the Pacific as your backdrop.

The detached game room gives Tide Pool a second destination all its own. With a separate entrance, full-size pool table, ping pong, and shuffleboard, there's plenty of room for friendly competition away from the main living spaces.

It's especially fun for families and groups—and a great backup plan when the coastal weather rolls in.

The wraparound deck takes full advantage of Tide Pool's panoramic Pacific views.

Start the morning with coffee overlooking the coast, walk down to Dillon Beach, then return for a BBQ and outdoor dinner. Wind-protected areas provide additional spots to relax when the coastal breeze picks up.

As sunset approaches, settle onto the deck or slip into the private hot tub and watch the sky change over the Pacific.

DOG GUIDELINES

$125 fee per dog

Dogs must be quietly crated if left unattended

Please keep dogs on leash and under control around the property and surrounding neighborhood. We do have wildlife in Dillon Beach. Friendly deer, fox etc

GUEST GUIDELINES

NO PARTIES — Private Community w/ HOA & Security/ No On-street Parking

Max 10 people day or night — NO drop-in guests or gatherings

4 cars max — NO on-street parking (HOA rule)

Dogs only — $125 per dog — crate required if unattended

NO smoking/vaping of any substances in home — outdoor smoking restricted to concrete surfaces

Please be mindful of water usage

Turn off all outside lights when not in use

- Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM

- Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)

- Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.

- There is a Guest Reference Guide in each home. It has everything you need to know about the home & contact info etc.
