Or take the elevator to the pools, gym, or outdoor Viking grilling station. With this condo, everything is nearby including the Baja restaurant just across the street, known for its delicious local eats! The wraparound deck, with back bay views, will provide you with hours of enjoyment, whether it be while dining, reading a book or enjoying the amazing sunsets!

The living room area features a 65-inch TV with a soundbar, surrounded by comfortable seating. The open concept of the living room and dining room also makes the perfect place for game night! The dining room table and the kitchen island offer plenty of seating for mealtime, or if you are looking for a quiet meal you may want to send the kids out on the deck to dine! Weve included a high chair for your use just in case.

The large main bedroom offers a 55-inch TV, a private sitting area, and direct deck access. You can enjoy an early morning cup of coffee or a glass of wine while having some private time while on vacation. The other three bedrooms are all equipped with comfortable bedding and TVs, so at the end of the day everyone can have some down time and privacy. We have included a Pack N' Play also for the littlest one - but please bring your own sheets.

We include access to the garage storage closet which provides plenty of room for you to store any beach items you may want to bring.

When you book this condo, you will be granted access to great amenities, including three swimming pools open mid-May to mid-September and two fitness centers.

THINGS TO KNOW

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

The hot tub is closed during the summer months and will also not be available in winter 2023 due to construction.

There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A amp B Buildings through 2023.
