Each morning, while here with your family, enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the unique, large, living room terrace. This terrace extends out, beyond the other condo terraces, giving you both east and south views of the ocean, beach, and pier. It is truly unique! Seeking some privacy Then, enjoy one of two oceanfront main suite balconies. All three oceanfront balconies will provide your family with breathtaking, stressrelieving views of the ocean. Watch surfers near the pier, dolphins, flocks of pelicans, and on occasion whales.

Grand Bleu is a spacious threebedroom retreat located on the same level as the pool and outdoor Viking grills for easy family access. The beach and beachfront pool are one flight of stairs below you. Believe me, after your third trip to the pool or beach for the day, with your kids, toys, and towels, you will appreciate the location of this condo!

If your group loves watching DVDs, you will be delighted to know there is a wonderful 42inch LCD TV with DVD and surround sound in the living room. Dont forget to bring your own movies. Connect your iPod to the surround sound system to enjoy your own music as well. Also, for individual use, there are TVDVD combos in all the bedrooms. There are also board games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment.

THINGS TO KNOW

There is ongoing construction at the Sanctuary at both A amp B Buildings. Construction is expected to be complete in midApril.

The hot tub will be unavailable in winter 2023 due to construction.

The hot tub is closed during the summer months.

Pool hours are 10 a.m. 8 p.m.
