This one-story, two-bedroom, two-bath, home, with a bonus 250 sq ft extra bedroom, sits on a large lot and is exactly 15 houses - or just a short walk - to the sandy beach. You can also have fun together watching the paddlers and boats go by behind the house and by taking a dip in the spa. There are also three different parks just a short walk from this home, so here you have many options for your outside time.

Enter and you will see a spacious, beach-chic great room with an inside dining area for six. A modern kitchen, with a breakfast bar with two high-top stools, ensures that everyone can easily eat together inside. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for all - just add the food and have fun. A ceiling fan also ensures that everyone is comfortable. The modern beach chic living room, with wood floors, sports a comfortable seating cluster, a wall-mounted Smart TV all TVs in this house are Smart TVs, a ceiling fan, and slider doors for easy access to the outside patio.

There are two queen bedrooms and one 'bunk room' with a twin bed over a full bed that also has a twin trundle. There are new Smart TVs in all the bedrooms. There are two full bathrooms. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy andor parties.
