The Cozy Cottage in Arrowhead Lake (305298)

A quaint & cozy cottage type house with old world European charm nestled in the most highly sought after gated community in the Poconos. Find quiet in the remote atmosphere away from highways. Definitely feel at home in this 2 bed 1 bath cottage that sleeps 6. Plenty of space to move around lots to do if snowed in. We have games, books, DVDs, and a working fireplace to warm yourself after a day on the slopes. Property is fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal. All bedrooms plus living room have Smart TVs. Lots of natural light able to get in but blackout drapes on all the windows for the ultimate privacy. Have a picnic under the trees or make s'mores on the firepit. Arrowhead Lake Community has 2 lakes, 3 heated outdoor pools, 4 beaches, numerous playgrounds, tennis courts, and a community center lodge combo with a gym. Arrowhead Lake Community is only 20 -25 minutes from several of the Pocono Mountains (Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and Camelback), is surrounded by great nature trails for hiking, and is located near several waterparks, wineries, bars/restaurants, and a casino. . All guests staying & visiting must be registered with Community. Fees apply.

We have minimal in person contact with guests during their stay but my property manager is available anytime day or night should you have any questions that she will be glad to answer or assist. Guest has self check-in/check-out. Guest will have access to the entire property except 1 locked cleaners closet, a crawlspace area under the house, and a garage structure in the backyard. All three are off limits but the rest of the property is fully accessible for guests.

COMMUNITY REGISTRATION FEES must be paid out directly to community and is NOT included in the nightly rate. You will receive a phone call at time of registration to collect payment information. The cost is $6/per guest per day, $20 per vehicle, and a one-time $35 registration fee. (Example for a family of 4 for a 2 night stay with 1 vehicle would be: 4 x 6 = 24 x 2 = 48 + 20 = 68 + 35 = $103)

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE BEFORE BOOKING:

~Guests at time of booking will need to provide their email, phone number, address (no po boxes), & vehicle information so that we can send out our own rental agreement for guests to sign. It is sent via Docusign and it is required by the community, city, & township.
~Guests are expected to treat the house respectfully including following a checkout checklist prior to vacating the property.
~GUEST MUST BE REGISTERED AT LEAST 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE. NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS.
~We do not provide linens guest will need to bring their own. We do have linen rental available for emergency situations if a guest should need them during their stay. Please inquire in advanced and payment can be made through this platform.
~The pet cleaning fee is required regardless of type of pet you are bringing because our staff will need to return the property to a pet free status for our more sensitive guests with allergies. The house is small so we only allow 1 pet max. We do not have a fence so pets are expected to be leashed while outdoors for their safety. Per community bi-laws, pets are not to roam around the neighborhood unleashed and are not welcomed at any of the beaches, pools, community center, etc.
~Being a gated community any food delivery will need to be called into the front desk to allow the delivery driver access to community unless you wish to meet them at the gate. Its up to you. :)
~NO FIREWORKS NO BONFIRES NO LOUD PARTIES all of these violate our community bilaws and carry fines.
