This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condominium offers a unique and cozy floor plan. As you enter the condo you'll find two cozy king rooms with a full bathroom off the hallway. Head upstairs for access to the queen lofted bedroom. Head downstairs to the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area for 4. Bar seating for 3. Vaulted ceilings create more space, a large couch for lounging, and a balcony with amazing views of Crested Butte Mountain. Another full bathroom is located on this floor as well. This complex offers 1 outdoor permit.

Base area access for skiing, biking, or catching the FREE Mountain Express Shuttle runs year-round for transportation to and from the Town of Crested Butte and is right across the footbridge and just a couple of minutes' walk. The summer and winter town route schedule is every 20 minutes; shoulder seasons are every 40 minutes.
