A huge 14x28 private pool, hot tub, game room with pool table, ships watch, three separate living areas, and unobstructed ocean views from every level make Seaside one of the premier vacation rentals on the Northern OBX. One-minute walk over the dune to the beach. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required; just 3 miles up the 4x4 beach. Three-night minimum stays available in fall.

Six master bedrooms sleep 14 guests across three levels. The top level features a king master suite with Jacuzzi tub, smart TV, and stunning ocean views. The second level offers three king master bedrooms each with private bath, direct deck access, and smart TVs — all with uninterrupted ocean views. The first level has two duo-bunk master bedrooms with double bottom bunk and twin top, each with private bath.

The huge gated 14x28 private pool and hot tub sit on the first level alongside a cabana half bath and outdoor shower. Open June through end of September. Seaside offers three distinct living areas across three levels so every guest can find their perfect spot. The top level features leather seating and a home theater system with surround sound. The second level has a cozy den with smart TV. Up a half flight of stairs from the top level sits the ships watch — a four-seat loft perfect for card games, puzzles, or simply soaking in the panoramic ocean view.

The top-level fully stocked kitchen features two dishwashers, an ice maker, and a second full-size refrigerator — built for feeding a large group with ease. The dining area seats 14. New Trex decking on the third level adds a comfortable, cushioned feel underfoot for barefoot beach living.
