You are also within a short distance of shopping and dining in Litchfield and Pawleys Island. Other amazing local attractions include Huntington Beach State Park, Atalaya Castle, Brookgreen Gardens, Caledonia Golf & Fish Club, The Pier At Garden City, Hudson's Surfside Flea Market, and Chocolate Chip & Company Band. As you enter this bright, air-conditioned condo, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan. Let your guests settle in and choose a favorite bedroom before gathering in the living room to unwind, plan your next adventures, or watch a fun show or movie on the TV. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise everyone with delicious homemade meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen. Attached to the kitchen is a stacked washer/dryer, allowing you to pack as light as you want. The covered balcony provides you with a wonderful spot to dine alfresco and experience the outdoors without leaving your home away from home. The primary suite enjoys a TV and an en suite bath with a separate soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This vacation rental has a $15 per night resort fee, up to $210 per reservation. This is to offset wear-and-tear costs, develop new amenities, and support long-term planning of major improvements. The HOA imposes this fee and Vacasa will remit it to them. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
