There are touches of modern and Naples coastal heritage, at this VERY PRIVATE, relaxing, family-friendly corner lot property that HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. GREAT POOL, TOTAL PRIVACY, AND ONLY A SHORT WALK to THE BEACH. The home was recently updated at the beginning of 2017 with all new furniture and was also recently painted. Bedrooms consist of comfortable sleeping, including a sleeper sofa in the private den. This southern exposure property boasts a private pool that will surely be a highlight of your trip. Generously sized, the pool is perfect for large families. The outdoor area features seating and lounging, as well as a new BBQ gas grill, perfect for a cookout. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time is 3 pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.
- Check out time is 10 am.
- No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Several copies of our vacation guide are provided to give you ideas on places you can enjoy visiting while in Naples. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, lip balm, note pads, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.
