The pool and hot tub are finished with pebble tec and both are heated with easy control from your smartphone. The tanning beach is 1.5’ deep and features two partially submerged lounge chairs and an umbrella insert for shade. The hot tub can comfortably seat 6-8 people and has a wide paved platform for sitting and dangling your feet in the water. A few steps away sits a gas fire pit with plush lounge seating for 8 so you can enjoy the cool desert nights in the warm glow of the fire and bistro lights.
The garden also has a brand new outdoor kitchen with two countertop bars, one with seating for 4 and the second with a built-in 6-burner gas grill and a 3-day ice chest.
