George's Fishing Charters is ready to take you out to catch your fill of fresh and saltwater fish, and it's less than seven miles away! Things to Know The dock is available for use by renters; however, the boat lift is reserved for owner use only. The property is not suitable for small children as there are no gates or barriers that exist at dock entry. 2-day minimum stay required. You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. **** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas.
