Inside, you'll find a bright and tasteful living space with cathedral ceilings, lots of comfortable furniture, maritime décor, and glistening floors. The living room includes a large flatscreen TV, perfect for those lazy afternoon ballgames, and sliding door access to the furnished deck overlooking the water. The full kitchen has plenty of small and major appliances, cabinetry, and counter space to help you turn out a world-class meal. Enjoy your creation at the dining table with seating for four or take it outside as an al-fresco meal under the cool sea breeze. The private washer/dryer will ensure that everyone has clean clothes during your stay, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Take the family boat out for a tour of the channel and gulf then come home to spend a relaxing evening at the shared game room located within the Long Island Village complex, where you'll find Ping-Pong and pool tables, and lots more. Take advantage of the shared pool, hot tub, fitness center, and basketball and tennis courts while you're here. The home's central AC and ceiling fans will keep the home nice and cool during your stay and the free WiFi will make researching your next gulf adventure quick and easy. Right across the channel (less than four miles by car), you'll find Fins to Feathers Dolphin Tours, where you can take the kids for a fun tour of local marine wildlife. You'll have plenty of terrific restaurants within two miles of the home anytime you need a break from the kitchen. George's Fishing Charters is ready to take you out to catch your fill of fresh and saltwater fish, and it's less than seven miles away! Things to Know The dock is available for use by renters; however, the boat lift is reserved for owner use only. The property is not suitable for small children as there are no gates or barriers that exist at dock entry. 2-day minimum stay required. You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for parking passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $90 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. **** Please note, Texas weather brings pesky insects, and while we strive to ensure your stay is as pleasurable as possible, we are not able to control the elements that attract insects to the outdoor/indoor areas. All properties do utilize pest control maintenance regularly, BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. ** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions. NO PARTY POLICY: This home maintains a strict no-party and no-spring break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
