This charming home accommodates up to 12 guests, featuring a Master Bedroom on each of the two floors. The third bedroom can sleep up to 4 people with its two queen beds. Each bedroom comes with a private bathroom and a television for added comfort.

The spacious kitchen includes seating for three at the counter, a traditional built-in coffee maker, and an additional standard coffee maker. There's also a wine/beverage cooler in the upstairs Master, ideal for enjoying coffee on the balcony in the morning or a beer or glass of wine in the evening. The upstairs porches provide partial views of the Gulf of Mexico, adding to the home's charm.

The open living and dining area is great for gatherings, with a dining table that seats eight. For outdoor relaxation, the screened porch features two swinging day beds.
