Welcome to Tropical Oasis, a comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath energy efficient solar home in Palm Desert Country Club. With over 1300 square feet of living space and a beautiful pool and spa surrounded by lush greenery and mountain views, this is perfect for your new home away from home in the desert.
As you step into the home, you enter into the quaint Living Room with comfortable seating and large HDTV. Just a few steps further, you will find yourself in the Dining area that leads into the kitchen. The kitchen has been fully renovated and stocked for all your cooking needs.

Open the slider in the Dining Room and enter into the private and lush backyard where you'll want to spend most of your time. The sparkling pool and hot spa are surrounded by lounge seating and mountain views. Sit on many of the outdoor lounge options and do some work in the sun as the home is also equipped with fiber optic indoor and outdoor internet coverage.

At the end of the day, there are three comfortable and quiet sleeping rooms to escape to. The Primary bedroom features a King size bed and private Bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. One of the guest bedrooms features a Queen size bed , while the other features a bunk bed. Both of the guest bedrooms share a guest bathroom directly across the hallway, which features a shower and bathtub. All three bedrooms also feature their own TVs.

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.

A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
