PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To secure this property, 50 % of the total amount of the reservation is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, the full payment is due at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% refund of the total amount paid if you cancel within one (1) day of receiving the guest rental agreement for this booking as long as your arrival date is more than 90 days from the date of arrival. Once the rental agreement is signed, you are automatically subject to the terms and conditions of the property manager's rental agreement.
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of your reservation, there is no refund of your deposit.
There will be no refunds if you cancel within 30 days of arrival.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
You will receive a guest rental agreement via email with the detailed terms and conditions for the specific property reserved. The guest is automatically subject to those terms and conditions. You may be required to sign the guest rental agreement to gain access to the property. Communication on cancellations must be made directly with the property manager

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
If you are booking within 30 days of the date of arrival, there are no refunds. Please contact us with any questions prior to booking.
