Newly renovated, this charming, single-level vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen for easy meal prep, a dining area with a table and chairs for meals or game nights, and a sunlit living area with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and amazing views of the Hudson River. Additional features include a firepit out in the yard, portable air-conditioning units, an air fryer, and a private washer/dryer. House Rules Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
