During this time, construction noises will be audible during working hours and the balcony will not be available. Some parking spaces may also be moved to temporary locations due to construction equipment. Parking for this rental is across the street from the community. From late spring 2023 until early winter, areas undergoing construction will have inaccessible balconies.
