Parking Registration Fee (HOA):

$25 + tax per vehicle (up to 7 days) → about $27.06 total

$50 + tax per vehicle (up to 14 days) → about $54.12 total

$75 + tax per vehicle (up to 30 days)

All visitors and guests are required to register at the front desk and pay the Parking Registration Fee in order to obtain a temporary parking permit. There is a maximum of 2 vehicles per stay.**

-Credit Card Confirmation: We’ll need a valid credit card that matches your ID we hold a refundable $50 security deposit. It’s just a formality!

-Security Screening: Hop through our verification portal – think of it as your VIP pass to a fantastic stay. Rest assured, your info is as safe as houses with us! We won’t be selling, sharing, or handing it off to anyone else.
