This nicely decorated condominium is just 10 minute walk to Main Street’s Blue River Plaza in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The condo features convenient ski-in/almost ski-out access (Snowflake lift 100 yards away). Have fun skiing down Four O’clock run to the back of Four O'clock Lodge and then take the Snowflake chairlift back up the mountain. In the summer enjoy a variety of hiking and biking trails that begin around Four O’clock run. If you enjoy fishing, the Reservoir is a short hike up the Sawmill Reservoir trail located under the Snowflake lift. There is also a shuttle stop for the Town’s FREE RIDE public transportation service located nearby on Four O’clock Road.
The bedroom is nicely decorated in country style furniture with windows that look out onto Four O’clock run and has a new queen size pillow top mattress. In the living room there is a full-size sofa sleeper and a love seat where you can relax in the comfortable furnishings inside by a cozy fireplace. The unit includes two LED flat screen televisions and high-speed internet. There is a dining area off the kitchen with a dining room table and seating for four. The kitchen opens to the spacious living room and includes two bar stools at the breakfast bar that separates the kitchen from the family room. The kitchen has been recently updated with new countertops, sink, dishes and cookware. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the seating on the balcony.
Your stay includes use of the SEASONAL Upper Village Pool (open in Summer and Winter seasons). Upper Village community pool and hot tubs are located only 5 blocks away at 450 Village Rd. an easy walk or quick drive; Seasonal access to the Upper Village Hot Tub and Pool (8 min walk (0.4 mi) via Primrose Path and Village Rd.) or (1 min Drive (0.5 mi) via 4 O'clock Rd and South Park Avenue)
There is parking at the pool. There are shared, paid washers and dryers onsite.
Alpine Meadows works closely with a professional housekeeping company. The home is completely cleaned and disinfected prior to arrival.
NO PETS ALOWED. Certified service animals are allowed. Support animals will only be accommodated if a letter from a doctor or therapist is provided. You must notify the front desk that you have a service/support animal upon arrival. Guests that do not register the service or emotional support animal with the front desk will be charged $150.00 per day plus an extra cleaning fee.
