This home is also conveniently close to a number of other area attractions including parks, golf courses, and the House of Blues Anaheim. Enter this home into the open floor plan of the front dining area which leads to the fully furnished, modern kitchen with everything you need to host a wonderful meal. The open layout leads into the comfortable family room, with plush seating and a large TV. From there step into the private, enclosed backyard with a BBQ, picnic table, and a shaded hot tub for all to enjoy! Access to the private, two-car garage is right outside off the patio as well. There are four bedrooms total in this fantastic home. The main bedroom features a comfortable bed, futon, and dual closets. There is a full-sized en-suite bathroom which can be accessed from the bedroom hallway as well. Next is the first guest bedroom with a large TV and closet. The next bedroom over has bunk beds, plus an additional bed. This room also features a TV and a large closet. The last bedroom also features a TV. THINGS TO KNOW The house is family-friendly with the gated front and back yards, a Pack-n-Play, toys, beach toys, books, and boogie boards provided. Please note that the fireplace is non-operational. No smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property). This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced.
