Arrive to the clicking of horse drawn carriages and tree-lined sidewalks, right outside of where you'll enter into the shared entrance of this charming garden level apartment. After using your unique door code on the keyless entry, you'll find the beautiful open living space, fitted with elevated yet comfortable furnishings, an original (now decorative) fireplace, and plenty of space to spread out. The hand laid wood floors are carried throughout the apartment, and into the renovated kitchen, that is complimented by exposed brick. In the kitchen, you'll have an ample amount of serving necessities, and plenty of space to prepare home cooked meals.

Toward the back of the apartment, the serene and quaint bedroom is fitted with a plush king size bed, black-out curtains, and a smart television. You'll have plenty of space to unpack your belongings, and settle into your new home away from home! Off of the bedroom, the luxurious, spa-like bathroom can be found with a beautiful vanity, and spacious walk-in shower.

Outside, you can relax and unwind, in the manicured shared courtyard. This space is truly an oasis in the heart of the city, as you'll have a large table to spread out surrounded by lush greenery and potted plants.

You'll be in a prime location to walk to everything Savannah has to offer, but off the path of late-night revelry. In the morning, we recommend stepping over to Crawford Square then heading down to Urban Deli for a latte or refreshing iced coffee. For lunch, pop over to J.Christophers or Collins Quarters and explore their unique menus. As you wander around town, stroll through the Squares of Savannah, enriched in history. For dinner, head north downtown, where there's none better than The Grey, a Southern fine dining experience retrofitted inside an old Greyhound Bus Station. Crawford Square Garden Apartment is only five short blocks to River Street for evening strolls on the water.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.
