The living room opens to a beautiful, recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, a chefs range, and a French door refrigerator. There is a dining area in this great room between the living room and kitchen. One great room where everyone can be together!

An added bonus! There is also a sun room where you can relax and read that leads to the completely new upstairs where there is a expansive master king bedroom, with a full en suite bath, a flat screen TV, a ceiling fan and plenty of room to read or relax.

Next to the master bedroom is another loft type of area with another king bed and a beautifully updated bathroom with a rain shower and marble tiles, a large flat screen TV, and a comfortable chair too.

There are also two bedrooms downstairs one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There is also a full bathroom downstairs that has been completely upgraded with honey onyx tiles. All bedrooms and baths are furnished with luxurious linens for your ultimate comfort.

This wonderful vacation home rounds itself out with WiFi, and a double car garage in the back so you dont need to worry about parking. There are also 4 cruising bikes for guests to use, and if needed, this home also has central heating.

It is an ideal location on gorgeous Balboa Island in the middle of Newport Bay where the main street is a throwback to the 50s with shopping, malt shops literally and lots of restaurants.

Balboa Island Ferry, two streets away, will take you to Balboa Beach Pier, where you can relax and watch the sunset over the island, or even play cards.

Upgraded, modern, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with all the amenities that might not be expected at this price range.
