But what makes this Villa a special place is its location. This unit is so close to everything you could walk or ride a bike to several local shops, restaurants, waterfront parks, and even the beach which is only 1.9 miles away just over the bridge. So rent a bike, store it in our bike rack on the patio, and explore the Sea Trail community and Sunset Beach. Between the pristine shores of Sunset Beach and the endless golf, this vacation home is sure to offer beautiful weather and hours of sun- soaked bliss during your stay. THINGS TO KNOW The host provides 140 channels on Ultimate DirectTV service to stream all the Games on smart TVs. Guests can also log into their own Netflix, TV Anywhere, Prime, via the TV apps during their stay Bluetooth-linked Stereo to stream Apple, or Spotify music The Village Activity Center (VAC), which is within walking distance of this Villa, has indoor and outdoor pools and an indoor hot tub, a tiki bar, however, it is CLOSED for renovations which are expected to be finished in the LATE FALL of 2024. The VAC is operated by the Sea Trail Golf Resort and like the Golf Course, access requires the purchase of a daily, weekly, or monthly pass. House Rules include no pets, no unregistered guest parties, and no smoking are allowed a t this vacation rental. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina, LLC You must be 30 years or older to rent this property. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
