A large granite island with an additional sink offers plenty of prep space, while an office nook to the side creates the perfect spot to research recipes. If traveling with a larger group, consider also renting the detached casita (Casita Verde). THINGS TO KNOW The private pool is not heated. The fireplace in the primary suite is not operable. Other guests may occupy the separate casita during your stay. The guest home is completely detached from your main home rental, located on the lower half of the oversize parcel. Riverside County regulations prohibit any "party" lighting (outdoor luminaires shall not blink, flash, or rotate) and will hold guests/Vacasa liable for any "light trespass" on surrounding properties.
