The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals and lake picnic snacks in the gourmet chef's kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a formal dining table close by. Relax in luxury as you sleep in the main bedroom, which boasts a fireplace, enormous windows to view the lake, and a private-apartment-like feeling. This bedroom boasts an amazing en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and an oversized walk-in closet. Stargaze in the backyard at the end of the day, where you'll get a crystal-clear view of the constellations. Inside the guest house, you'll find a beautiful living area and full kitchen with a floating island breakfast bar. THINGS TO KNOW Due to severe drought conditions as of November 1, 2024, all public boat ramps to Canyon Lake are closed. No refunds or discounts will be given for water levels. Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
