DOG GUIDELINES

Dogs are welcome with a $125 fee per dog.

Dogs must be crated if left unattended.

Please keep dogs under control around the property, as local wildlife may be present.

- Max 6 guests | No parties or large gatherings | No drop-in guests - Private community w/ HOA & security

- Parking: Up to 3 small-medium cars | Driveway slightly inclined

- Dog-friendly: 2 dogs max, $125 per dog | Leash outdoors & crate if unattended

- Guest parking pass for easier beach access

- No smoking/vaping inside; outdoor smoking limited to paved areas

- N0 On-Street Parking - day or night - HOA Rule

- Marin County quiet hours on decks: 9PM – 9 AM.

- Please turn off outside lights at night (when not in use) to enjoy the sea and stars

- Instructions sent 2–3 days before arrival (please do not arrive to the house without them)

- Guest support available 9 AM – 9 PM daily, with after-hours emergency assistance.
