The second suite has a king bed, front porch access, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third suite has two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A half bath provides added convenience.
Sip a crisp beverage while lounging on the covered deck. Or take in the view of the adjacent golf course by a pond often with white egrets, blue heron, and ducks while sunbathing on two loungers. Light the gas grill on the side patio and dine alfresco at the umbrella-shaded table for four. Nearby community amenities include an outdoor pool and hot tub.
THINGS TO KNOW
Although this privately owned home is located within the Silverado Residential Community, it is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort amp Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the 25day resort fee. The on-site restaurants and shops are open to the public.
Day passes for tennis, the spa, and fitness center are available for purchase.
Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Silverado Resort amp Spa guests, Troon members, or can be booked for guests by a local golf pro.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned home include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, the golf course, and the main Silverado Resort pool see above for exception.
