When it comes to outdoor living, this charming home enjoys an extensive deck where you will find a bubbly hot tub with tree-lined views, an outdoor dining area, and a gas grill. This is the perfect setting for summertime barbecues and treating yourself to soothing baths after fun-filled days. The home also offers an outdoor shower. As you enter, you will find a well-appointed open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. Spread out comfortably in the welcoming living room, featuring comfy mid century modern furniture and original art work throughout, a Morso wood stove to keep you nice and toasty during your stay, and a smart TV with streaming services so you don't have to miss your favorite series and shows or listening to your favorite tunes on the Sonos! Curl up by the warmth of the stove while the chef of the group prepares a culinary masterpiece in the full kitchen with a dining table large enough to fit 15, complete with all the essentials—the main living area and the kitchen offer radiant floor heating throughout. There is a second living area with another smart TV for added convenience and entertainment. End your day relaxing in a steam shower. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
