Attached to the kitchen is a roomy laundry room with a washer/dryer and a sink. All four bedrooms are located upstairs. The main suite enjoys access to a private balcony with fantastic views, a smart TV, and a heavenly en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, a shower, two separate vanity, and a walk-in closet. Additional perks include board games, six beach chairs, and one beach umbrella. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
