This space's max capacity is 6 guests, with the exception of an infant or toddler capable of using a portable crib. We do not allow parties or smoking at this rental. We have many amenities to cater to families traveling with small children, including board games. The furnishings in this house are all new so please help us to keep them in nice condition, respecting the space and neighbors around you. Please only park in the Unit 4 parking areas.

As a guest, you will have access to the parking spot(s) directly in front of the condo. Parking is front to back for each condo. Beyond the condo itself, you will also have access to this condo’s storage unit accessed via the carport, along with the outdoor space and grill directly behind the unit.
