PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To secure this property, 25% of the reservation amount is due at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. If a booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due at the time of booking. The payment will be processed by the property manager.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% refund of the total amount paid if you cancel within one (1) day of receiving the guest rental agreement for this booking as long as your booking date is more than 60 days from the date of arrival. Once the rental agreement is signed, you are automatically subject to the terms and conditions of the property manager's rental agreement.
There will be no refund if you cancel within 60 days of arrival.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT
You will receive a guest rental agreement from the property manager via email with the detailed terms and conditions for the specific property reserved. The guest is automatically subject to those terms and conditions. You may be required to sign the guest rental agreement to gain access to the property. Communication on cancellations must be made directly with the property manager

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
If you are booking within 30 days of the date of arrival, there are no refunds. Please contact us with any questions before booking.
OBVIOUS ERROR CLAUSE
In the event that a reservation is made at a rate that is clearly and substantially below the prevailing market rate for similar accommodations—whether due to a technical malfunction, system error, typographical mistake, or any other reason (an "Obvious Error")—the platform reserves the right to cancel the reservation. An "Obvious Error" includes, but is not limited to, a nightly rate that is so low that a reasonable person would recognize it as a mistake.
RIGHT TO CANCEL AND NOTIFICATION
If a reservation is affected by an Obvious Error, the platform will notify the guest as soon as reasonably practicable after the error is discovered. The reservation will be canceled, and any amounts paid will be fully refunded to the guest within a reasonable period of time. The platform may, at its discretion, offer the guest the opportunity to rebook at the correct rate or provide assistance in finding alternative accommodations.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The platform shall not be liable for any losses, costs, or damages, direct or indirect, arising from the cancellation of a reservation due to an Obvious Error, beyond the refund of any amounts paid for the affected reservation, except as required by law.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By completing a booking through this platform, you acknowledge and agree that these terms govern your reservation, including the platform's right to cancel reservations made at rates affected by Obvious Errors.
